The staff at this hotel are incredibly kind and will go above and beyond to help you. They provide excellent service and are always willing to assist with anything you need, whether it's renting bikes, ordering a taxi, or offering suggestions for things to do around the island.
No improvement needed, everything was great.

I had a surprisingly great experience at this hotel! The staff were friendly and provided us with lots of useful local information. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom and all the necessary toiletries. The WiFi was surprisingly fast, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was also great, just a short walk to downtown where there were plenty of shops and restaurants.
All in all, everything was okay.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were nicely designed and had all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. The complimentary breakfast vouchers for a designated store were a nice touch.

the central location made it easy for us to explore the town, and the short walk to the cafeteria for breakfast was enjoyable. We also appreciated the free shuttle to the ferry terminal. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom that included a bathtub.
The lack of any staff on duty after midnight.

Friendly staff and clean room with ample space. One of the things I enjoyed the most was the complimentary snacks in the minibar and the free bicycles to easily move around the area. The hotel's location is also a plus, close to the city center and taxis are very affordable.
Breakfast vouchers are limited to one set meal without any options to choose from. Also, the default check-out and payment process is a bit weird as it's done the night before. It can be inconvenient especially if you have to cancel your last night's stay.
